A Mobile Mama Support Group
We are so excited to finally share our newest creation, Tender Transitions, our first ever Mobile Mama support group! We know the power and healing that comes with sitting in-person with other pregnant and new moms, and sharing in the messy moments and inevitable growth of motherhood. Add to this the guidance of trained perinatal professionals providing skills and support in a safe space, and you have Tender Transitions!
This 7-week support group, launching in September, is designed for pregnant and newly postpartum moms and will be led by members of our Mobile Mama team - Sarah Birch, LMHCA, Rachel Jones, CMHC Intern, and Melody Eastman, CMHC Intern. You do not need to be a client of Mobile Mama to join this group. See below for more details and please share the information with those who may be interested.

Mindfulness tools for navigating pregnancy and postpartum
Shared experiences and supportive discussions
