Mobile Mama is committed to providing exceptional perinatal mental health care through the wild journey of motherhood.

As a specialized perinatal mental health group practice, we provide counseling from pre-conception through motherhood. Our clinicians work exclusively with women experiencing fertility challenges, pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), attachment concerns, identity exploration, and the many transitions of motherhood.

We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LICSW), and Associate Clinicians (LMHCA or LICSWA) to join our growing team. We welcome clinicians with training in perinatal mental health as well as those eager to develop expertise in this specialty. Mobile Mama provides extensive specialized training in perinatal mental health, expert clinical supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development to support clinicians in delivering exceptional, evidence-based care.

We are looking for clinicians who have:

  • Perinatal mental health experience or interest
  • CBT and evidence-based therapy training
  • Lifespan Integration training (or willingness to learn)
  • Trauma-informed, relationship-centered approach
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Curiosity, integrity, and initiative

Additional details – Employee will:

  • Part time 16 - 20 client hours a week
  • Full time 20 – 26 client hours a week

Associate Clinician
LMHCA or LSWAIC

Associate clinicians maintain a caseload of 16-20 client sessions per week (part-time) or 20–26 client sessions per week (full-time). They receive specialized training in the Mobile Mama Method, perinatal mental health, and ongoing clinical supervision while developing expertise in this specialty.

Responsibilities include: clinical assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing client care; participation in individual and group supervision; maintaining timely documentation and accurate coding; managing scheduling; and contributing to the collaborative culture of the Mobile Mama team.

Compensation: $38–$46 per clinical hour / $30 admin/supervision hour
Education:
Master’s degree
Minimum Experience:
New graduates with perinatal mental health experience and/or training welcome

Licensed Clinician
LMHC or LICSW

Licensed Clinicians maintain a caseload of 16–20 client sessions per week (part-time) or 25–32 client sessions per week (full-time). They participate in ongoing advanced training, supervision, consultation, and professional development while serving as leaders and mentors within the practice.

Responsibilities include clinical assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing client care; maintaining timely documentation and accurate coding; managing scheduling; and contributing to the collaborative culture, clinical excellence, and continued development of the Mobile Mama team.

Compensation: $46 – $65 per clinical hour / $35 admin/supervision hour
Education: Master’s degree
Minimum Experience: Minimum two years of psychotherapy or counseling experience
