Meet Jessica Pitasky

CMHC Intern

The path to motherhood can be full of unexpected twists and turns, often bringing experiences and emotions that feel unfamiliar or overwhelming. Jessica believes therapy is most healing when people feel deeply understood and able to bring their whole selves into the process without judgment. She uses an integrated approach drawing from Existential Humanistic Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Feminist Theory. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can process the transition to motherhood. With warmth, compassion, and curiosity, Jessica values building authentic, trusting relationships with her clients.

Jessica is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Seattle University and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. After a decade in the corporate sector and her own experience of becoming a mother, she felt called to shift her career toward supporting women in the perinatal period.

Originally from California, Jessica now calls the Pacific Northwest home. She lives in Seattle with her husband, two young daughters, and their dog. Together they love exploring nearby parks and lakes, going on bike rides, and visiting local coffee shops for yummy treats.

A Note from Jessica:

Whether you are just beginning your journey or already somewhere along the path, I am here to walk alongside you through the many stages of motherhood. Your journey is uniquely your own, and you deserve the chance to process this tender time with compassion, empathy, and respect. You are not alone. My goal is to create a space where you can find greater healing, peace, meaning, and joy in your life.
