Meet Maya Caldwell Eleazer
Counselor, MA, LMHCA
Maya is trained in the depth-psychological approach which combines analytic and
psychoanalytic perspectives with humanistic, cognitive, and attachment theories. She believes everyone is on their own path to individuation and that her role as a psychotherapist is to assist her clients on their journey of becoming more fully themselves, creating deeper connection and meaning in their relationships and the world around them.
Maya approaches symptoms non-pathologically, and views them as communicating an unmet need. She describes her interpersonal style as warm, relational, encouraging and supportive.
Maya lives in East Snohomish County with her spouse, and occasionally one or both of her young adult children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time in nature with friends and family, cooking, reading, and traveling.
