Meet Gaby Mitrak
Counselor, MA, LMHC
Gaby is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and holds a Masters Degree from the Antioch University Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. Gaby’s approach is person-centered, warm and direct. She views healing as a holistic, creative and interactive process that incorporates the synergy of mind, body and spirit.
Working with women, especially mothers, has been a constant focus in Gaby’s clinical work, specifically in leading new mom groups, working with survivors of domestic violence, and supporting women in community mental health.
Gaby calls Seattle her home and enjoys spending time with her baby girl, Persian cat - Butters, and her husband. When not working and spending time with her family, Gaby loves to watch reality tv, anything that is a historical drama, drink too many cups of coffee, and go on walks around the Ballard neighborhood with friends.
